Change Is in the Air

For 540 consecutive days, I have been singing and speaking in Light Language as part of my morning meditation, after which I draw a code, color
In September 2022, I began a new practice communicating with my Soul, whose name is Kiara. We don’t communicate with words, at least not with words I understand with my logical mind. In order to better channel her advice, I sing and speak in a heart language I don’t comprehend, freeing my mind to hear her more clearly.
It’s a liberating daily practice that has taught me to trust my inner knowing and connection with soul-wisdom. After singing and speaking in this Light language, I draw a code using color markers, chosen by inspiration. The codes are equally inspired, shaped without thought. It’s only then, I write down what I understand her message to be.
