HOUSING AGREEMENT

_________________________ and  _______________________ (guests name) will rent a double room from Paz y Luz Housing for $350 USD ( or 1260 soles) with a private bathroom, for 4 weeks (renewable monthly). Rent is to be paid in cash on arrival and is not refundable. We do not accept any other form of payment.

Paz y Luz Housing offers the room, bathroom, a shared kitchen, wifi internet on the property, free high alkaline Kangen water, access to common rooms, open spaces and garden. Your sheets and towels will be washed and your room and bathroom cleaned once a week, starting 7 days after you arrive.

The guest provides their own incidentals such a toilet paper, soap, toiletries, firewood and personal cleaning supplies, as well as tea, coffee and all food items. You can have your laundry done in the town of Pisac.

No heater is provided. If you want one, the cost for running it will be s/20 a week.

No pets are allowed on the property and no smoking is permitted in the rooms or any of the common indoor spaces. Guests may not do any form of plant medicine on the property nor can they use any type of illegal drugs on the Paz y Luz property.

Paz y Luz offers regular activities you can attend for a fee, like yoga, meditation, Ecstatic Dance, Sound Healing, Biodanza, and Creative Arts. Paz y Luz also has the Heart Center Spa where you can book massages, floral baths, sauna and mountain-view Jacuzzi. Our manger can assist you with booking the spa as well as hikes, river rafting, and other events in the area including the Pisac archeological site and Machu Picchu.
