Perception

Your five senses are dominated by sight. When you close your eyes, all your other senses are heightened. You can hear more clearly the song of the birds, the chirping of insects, the tic tock of your clock. Without your vision to distract you, when you touch an object you experience it differently – its texture, its warmth, its density. To perceive with your heart and soul is an exercise in expansion. It requires you to listen intently without interference from what you believe is “real”, because you can see it with your eyes. Using your sixth sense of perception, you can amplify your awareness, helping you to have confidence in your intuition. The more you practice, the more you will trust it. It will become the most reliable of all your senses.
