Emotions

By expressing your feelings as you are feeling them – even if it’s only to yourself – you free space in your emotional body for a wide range of feelings to exist. Be careful not to judge or deny certain emotions as inappropriate or unacceptable. This can create a logjam preventing the expression of the feelings you enjoy and find acceptable as well. Permitting your feelings to flow freely, helps you remember your true self encompasses more than your emotions.
