Separating from old programming that no longer makes sense, requires abandoning aspects of cultural inheritance, a radical severance from destructive responsive behavior. It’s time to look closely at what is constructive and worth keeping and what is unhelpful and damaging, in order to change patterns of resentment and abuse. Doing this important work personally, shifts the collective program as well. The time is now.
